The 2020 Chief Joseph Annual Auction is happening February 27th! A fun and inclusive evening where we come together to raise as much money as we can to support community events and academic support for our school provided by the PTO. The evening will feature a live auction, silent auction, raffle, live music, food, beverages, wine and beer provided by Wayfinder Beer and Upright Brewing.
This event is free and open to all. For those who want to help offset the cost of this event suggested donations are listed.
We need to raise at least $10,000 to maintain the current services provided to students with PTO funds and volunteer efforts.

We are the Chief Joseph PTO, located in Portland, Oregon. Our organization exists for the purpose of supporting the education of the students at Portland Public School's Chief Joseph Elementary School by fostering relationships among the parents, teachers, principal, staff, and community through shared values of inclusion, community, and equity. This is done through community building, volunteering, holding events and meetings, supporting educational and enrichment programs, and fundraising to meet those needs.
We became a PTO in the fall of 2016 in order to be more open and inclusive to our community. Your involvement makes you are a member! No dues or forms needed! Help out as you like.
During the 2017-18 school year we funded grade level grants for STEAM related field trips and enrichment, garden school through GROW Portland, additional books for our library, community events such as our free Harvest Festival and Movie Nights, teacher and staff appreciation events, and other needs around the school!
